White Paper on Corporate Governance in Asia

This paper is an action plan to improve corporate governance in Asia. Since its inception in 2003, this paper has incentivized multiple initiatives, such as the reviewing existing legislation, the adoption of existing international accounting standards, the establishment of institutes of directors, the setting up of codes of best practices and the creation of investor associations.
