This document seeks to add to current corporate governance literature by analyzing a state-owned enterprise (SOE) in a developing country in Asia. Comparisons are made between the corporate governance of the SOE in question with Anglo-American firms. The corporate goverance of the SOE in question is analyzed along the lines of structure, finances, ownership, and many other topics.
