This paper compares and contrasts the talent management systems between three countries in Southeast Asia: Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore. The comparative approach of the paper enables conclusions to be drawn about talent management in general. The benefits and costs of each method is examined in detail. At the end, the paper offers different methods for talent management that others may find beneficial.
