State-Owned Enterprise Reform in Viet Nam: Lessons Learnt and Future Directions
This background paper has been prepared by the ADB as an informal background document to the Public Finance Partnership Group High Level Meeting to be held 23rd July 2015. The paper draws synthesizes many of the key lessons and experiences of development partners in supporting the Government of Viet Nam’s state owned enterprise reform agenda, highlighting a number of key issues for future reform efforts.
