Innovation Activities in the Malaysian Public Sector: Factors Promoting the Byproduct of ICT Usage

This document was written in response to a questionnaire administered in Malaysia to public servants who had used information and communication technology (ICT), and who were involved in some degree of innovation. The survey found that the use of ICT in the workplace encourages innovation, and that the greater the frequency of ICT use, the greater the innovation potential. This suggests the integration of ICT into work environments will be beneficial to Malaysia and other countries.
