This article observes how Bangladesh is making progress in corporate governance reform. One element to the success of reforms was the presence of domestic financial problems, which triggered widespread interest in reform. Second, interest in reform has increased with the country's training capacity. Brief mention is made to challenges that persist in enacting reforms, despite initial success.
